The AXRY-NGX series has been systematically enhanced for maximum rigidity. More rigidity in the given space is just not possible! Proven features of the EX series, such as the grease reservoir for lifetime lubrication, were naturally adopted.

NGS
The designation AXRY-NGS stands for maximum speed combined with high rigidity. This makes the new series particularly suitable for combined milling/turning applications in innovative machine concepts. Optional use of the CMS integrated lubrication status monitoring enables the required amounts of lubricant to be precisely specified, thereby allowing optimum adjustment of the bearing temperatures.

CMS
The innovative CMS integrated lubrication status monitoring enables frictional torque and temperatures in the bearing to be precisely adjusted, thereby also improving machine accuracy.
Sensors located directly under the raceways constantly monitor the lubrication status in the bearing and ensure very precise relubrication in real time. Further information about the bearing temperature, bearing speed and bearing slippage is also available at all times.
