Over 100 employees took part in the popular company run in Villingen-Schwenningen  /  Trainees organized company booth

MinebeaMitsumi Technology Center Europe GmbH participated with a record-breaking team in the 5th Villingen-Schwenningen company run on July 14, 2022. After the company run could only take place virtually in the past two years, the participation and enthusiasm were correspondingly high. More runners than ever before registered at MTCE: 113 employees were provided with specially designed running shirts in advance. In the run-up to the event, the company's health management team had also organized a weekly running group.

Better together

The starting signal for the runners was given at 6 pm. "Better together" was this year's company slogan and under this motto the participants completed the 5-kilometer course together in small teams, each at their own pace. The new route this year included fewer inclines and was therefore also suitable for the less experienced runners. At the award ceremony, MTCE took a great 2nd place in the race for the largest team of participants. The success was of course celebrated together after the award ceremony. The trainees and students of the Technology Center had prepared a lot in advance: The new MinebeaMitsumi show trailer was decorated, equipped and set up as a company stand. The motivated project team also took care of the supply of drinks with full commitment. Thus, all employees were able to toast the company run 2022 together.
