Tailored Solutions for Our Working World
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer just an abstract concept for the future; it is a tool we actively integrate into our daily work processes. Over the past few weeks, we have worked closely with dedicated students from the Stuttgart Media University (HdM) to explore how we can fully leverage the potential of AI at our company and make the topic transparent and tangible for all colleagues.The result is a series of projects that will leave a lasting mark on how we work together.
The HdM students took a close look at our structures and developed tailored concepts that are not only theoretically convincing but also directly benefit our daily work. The core solutions include:
- Innovative Communication Strategies: A new understanding of AI that breaks down barriers and makes the topic accessible to the entire team.
- Practice-Oriented E-Learning Modules: Straightforward and easy-to-understand training sessions that demonstrate exactly how AI tools can make our daily work easier.
When developing our new e-learning content, we made a conscious decision to avoid generic, off-the-shelf videos. Our goal was to create content that truly fits who we are—and makes every MTCE employee feel directly addressed.
The students' idea: Why not use a familiar face to build trust in the technology? The result is a remarkably realistic, digital MTCE avatar that now guides users through our new training courses. This approach offers a key advantage: having a familiar face makes the content feel more authentic and practical, creating a direct connection to our specific company processes.
