The support provided by our specialists from Cebu is a key component in further strengthening our presence in Europe. This truly embodies our ‘One Team’ philosophy within the MinebeaMitsumi Group. This initiative is an excellent example of how we work hand in hand as a global company.
Excellence in Global Coordination
The arrival of our colleagues is the result of months of close collaboration between Cebu GSC in the Philippines, MinebeaMitsumi Technology Center Europe GmbH and Minebea AccessSolutions in Europe, and our headquarters in Tokyo. After successfully integrating technicians and colleagues in remote positions, this joint transition has been the most challenging part of the entire project so far.
