MinebeaMitsumi Technology Center Europe GmbH no longer wants to rely solely on the classic presence trade fair in the future. The new show trailer with a MinebeaMitsumi design allows flexibility, location independence, and is a real alternative to showcase the company’s products.
Over the past two years, the Corona pandemic has shown that creative alternatives to trade fair marketing are in demand, especially within the B2B sector. Even with the gradual return of face-to-face trade shows, it remains clear that needs and circumstances have changed. According to the Federal Association Industry Communication, trade shows will become more hybrid, sustainable, smaller, and more local in the future. Personal contacts and experiences continue to be the central added value of presenting oneself locally.
MTCE has used the pandemic period to explore developing opportunities that have arisen through the new requirements. The trailer is a showroom on wheels that offers a flexible way of presenting products without sacrificing the added value of personal contact. The unique vehicle is intended mainly for the fast-growing automotive sector, as its design makes clear. Thanks to flexible modules, it can be individually equipped with the respective products depending on the occasion. Tablets and large displays are also available for digital content to optimally adapt the content to the individual target group.
The trailer is equipped with the most essential features of a fully-fledged trade show booth, and a small kitchenette is also available for customer events. Of course, the solution is also smart in terms of budget: "Compared to a trade fair presence, it is possible to plan much more cost-effectively in the long term. The mobile exhibition stand can be taken directly to the customer and optimized spontaneously at any time," says Tobias Stemler, Business Development Manager at MTCE, who is responsible for coordination at the site. The solution is more sustainable for the entire group of companies in Europe: The trailer can be booked and shared by the sister companies.
