The relocation of the European sales headquarters of the MinebeaMitsumi Group is part of a broader strategy to enhance the organisation's resilience. The building at Siemensstrasse 30 in Langen is no longer inviting, lacks sufficient space, and does not meet the standards of a large technology corporation. To work more efficiently and flexibly, workplaces must be created that are more welcoming and up-to-date.
In addition, the new building in Neu-Isenburg, located near the old site, will feature a showroom to showcase the wide range of products offered by the Group. The move to the new headquarters is planned for June 2026. Currently, approximately 4,000 square meters of space are being developed explicitly for this purpose. Alongside stylish, contemporary office spaces and furniture, the new location will feature a comfortable staff lounge, a showroom, diverse meeting rooms, and an inviting outdoor area in the courtyard. The company aims to foster employee engagement and collaboration to achieve sustainable success more quickly. Furthermore, MinebeaMitsumi’s appeal - both internally and externally - will be appropriately enhanced, and communication with customers will be significantly improved.
It is purely coincidental that the street name will remain the same; only the house number and the city will change. This means that despite all the changes and modernisation, reliability and continuity will be maintained.
