First insights for our new dual-degree students
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming our future colleagues to the company ahead of the official start of their dual study programs on October 1st. A successful onboarding day gave the incoming students their first exciting glimpses into their new working environment.
Key highlights of the day:
- A Solid Foundation: Alongside initial HR introductions and essential safety training, the students received all the relevant information needed for a smooth transition into their studies and work life.
- Teambuilding & Networking: Over a shared pizza lunch, our new talent had the opportunity to connect with our current apprentices and dual-degree students, exchange ideas, build networks, and ask questions on an equal footing
- Exploring the Premises: A varied company rally allowed everyone to explore the campus—combining practical orientation with plenty of fun!
We are thrilled to welcome this new reinforcement to our team across the degree programs in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, International Business, and Computer Science. It’s great to have you with us - we wish you a fantastic start in October!
